Project – Our client came to us to review the existing WHS Management System, and to provide direction and advice to the Executive Leadership Team. The project required:
- A review of existing processes and associated documentation with a view to streamlining and improvement;
- Engagement and coaching with the Executive Leadership Team in review of the WHS management system outputs for system improvement;
- Engagement with Operational personnel in the review of existing processes including risk management, LOTO/isolations, permit-to-work, investigations, training framework, management of change, legal compliance, emergency response, and hazardous substances;
- Later incorporation of LinkWater systems and processes into the SEQWater WHS Management System
The project was completed successfully over 12 months, and on time.
